Goal

The goal of this project was to develop an interactive visual pathway for Careers in Energy's (CIE) Energy Career Pathways program. The experience targeted both job seekers and employers within the energy sector, with the goal to provide accessible information and resources on the various career paths within the evolving energy landscape. as also developed.

Solution

The end products delivered a visually appealing and intuitive platform that streamlines information access for career exploration and workforce development.

The deliverables included an interactive website design and print products targeting future energy workers, energy workers looking for a transition, and employers. Using a cyclical design method, ongoing feedback from subject matter experts was integrated throughout the development process, guaranteeing the content and user experience cater directly to core audiences.
