Patient Safety User Experience Research

Goal

The goal of this project is to increase the engagement and utilization of patients' and care partners' resourcefulness in order to improve the safety of care. To achieve this goal, I conducted interviews with healthcare providers and patients to gain a better understanding of their experiences and perspectives. This information was then used to create fictional personas that were used during the design sprint workshops.

Solution

The project solution involved conducting interviews with healthcare providers and patients, creating personas based on this information, and using these personas during the design sprint workshops to generate ideas and develop prototypes. Through this process, the team was able to identify key pain points and develop solutions to address them, with the ultimate goal of improving the safety of care for patients and their care partners.
