Goal

Our primary goal was to equip Willful with visually captivating email templates, focused on maximizing email delivery reliability, reinforcing their brand identity, and boosting click-through rates (CTR). In addition to this, we aimed to collaborate with a bank partner to seamlessly integrate digital in-store ads into the campaign, offering Willful customers exclusive discounts and a clear call to action (CTA) to drive business.

Solution

To achieve this, we crafted a suite of diverse email templates, designed with meticulous attention to detail and compatibility with various platforms, including web and dark mode. These templates, integrated with Mailchimp for easy client team editing, aligned perfectly with the Willful brand. Simultaneously, we partnered with the bank to create an in-store ad campaign that featured exclusive discounts and prominent CTAs, enhancing customer engagement. This holistic approach empowered our client to achieve their marketing objectives efficiently and effectively.
